ESD Europe is the network of Empowerment Self Defence instructors in Europe. We aim to establish Empowerment Self-Defence (ESD) as a key primary violence prevention strategy for women and populations in a vulnerable situation. Our programs include preparation of Empowerment Self-Defence Instructors to teach in their local communities.
