
COORDINATING TEAM
General Coordinator
Gentiana Susaj, founder of ESD Europe, is responsible for the overall coordination of ESD Europe. With a career spanning since 1999, she has been deeply engaged in combating violence and championing survivor protection through extensive work in research, training, awareness campaigns, advocacy, network establishment, and coordination across Europe and Latin America. Gentiana holds a Level 4 certification in ESD, a black belt in Aikido, and actively participates in martial arts. Complementing her legal background, she has pursued post-graduate studies focusing on gender and migration. Email: gentiana.susaj@gmail.com
Mentoring Coordinator
Anat Errel, founder of ESD Europe, is responsible for the mentoring program and certification process of ESD Europe. Anat has been practicing and teaching martial arts for over 40 years, most of them specializing in Chinese internal martial arts, taiji quan and bagua zhang.
In 2009, Anat joined El HaLev organization and became an ESD instructor, gradually specializing in teaching women at risk, and marginalized populations. Anat developed and taught designated ESD courses for trans people, Autistic women, and worked with asylum seekers in Israel. Anat co-taught three Level 1 instructors training courses, and worked as regional mentor for Europe for ESD Global. Email: anat.esdeurope@gmail.com

Social madia
Laura Vacchetti has a diverse background in science and photography. As a Communication Officer for an NGO in Albania, she has organized three ESD training sessions in Tirana and nearby areas. She became familiar with ESD techniques through a training facilitated by Claude Jonkmas, founder of EmpowerVan, also the Communication Manager for YSR, where she previously completed a communication internship. She started volunteering with ESD Europe in April, managing their social media presence and overseeing the newsletter.
